I have had over 35 years of experience with Federal environmental regulations, both as a scientist and as an attorney. My education includes a Ph.D. in Zoology, an MS in civil engineering, a B.A. cum laude in chemistry and a J.D. with an environmental law certificate. My experience includes working with state and Federal regulators on matters related to toxic chemicals and their impacts on water bodies.
